CROATIAN CLUB

Croatian Care for the Aged Association Inc (CCAA) is a non-profit organisation that provides services to frail and older people of a Croatian background and others in all Metropolitan areas through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).

CCAA aims to assist the target group to live independently at home and in the community.

​

CCAA provides the following services:
•    Domestic assistance: General house cleaning, unaccompanied shopping
•    Individual social support: Home visiting, accompanied shopping
•    Group social support: Centre-based activities and functions, outings
•    Centre-based meals
•    Transport (direct and indirect)
